Firstly, good on you for trying new things! We completely understand and that’s why we have decided to merge the beauty of online shopping with the convenience of in-store product sampling. Here’s how it works:
1. Contact Us
Through the website:
At the bottom of each product page, there is a drop down section to ask a question or request for a free sample. Fill out the form and let us know in the message section which product/s you would like to try and, if applicable, which colour/shade. Also include your postal address so we know where to send the samples.
Through our socials:
You can send us as direct message via Facebook or Instagram. Again, let us know which products you would like try, including colour/shade if applicable and your postal address.
2. Confirmation & Wait
We will confirm once we have received your request and sent out your samples. Don’t worry, postage for your sample is on us! 😊 Samples will be sent out via regular post, so please allow 7-10 business days for your samples to arrive. If after 10 business days you have not received anything, please contact us via email (email@example.com). Unfortuantely, we won’t be able to provide tracking details as samples will be sent with regular postage stamps.
3. Free Samples For You!
After 7-10 business days, you should receive your samples. There should be enough product for 2-3 applications. This is a great time to determine if the product is right for you. If you fall in love with the product then go right ahead and purchase at full price, but if you don’t - all good! No loss on you!
4. The Small Details
For this to be fair for everyone, we will only allow for one sample of a product each person. if colours are involved then 3 different colours maximum per product per person.

A product that is eligible for a tester sample will be clearly stated under the product description.
We. Love. Anything. Beauty! We welcome and highly recommend you reach out to us at email@example.com or start a Facebook chat before you fully commit to purchasing the product(s). We are happy to run through a consultation with you to determine which products would be most suitable for your skin needs. Alternatively, the product descriptions should give you a deep insight into the product and help you determine if it is perfect for your needs.
Unfortunately, at this stage we do not offer gift cards. However, for peace of mind, if you are purchasing a product as a gift, we do offer a 30-day exchange if the product is unopened and unused. Once we get the gift cards up and running, we will be sure to announce on our social media platforms so make sure you follow us to keep up to date!
Ahhhh the risk of trying new things. Why must our skin be so fussy? Like with trying anything new, particularly beauty products, slight reactions may occur. The skin is basically saying “argh what’s this?!” but moments later it will get used to it and realise that you’re feeding it delicious nutrients. However if you’re feeling strong adverse effects then the product is definitely not working for you and we suggest you discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately.
While it’s exhilarating to try new things, please do check the product descriptions and ingredients lists carefully to identify any alarm bells before purchasing. If you do have any queries and want to make sure, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re truly heartbroken that a product from our range didn’t work for you, however, since we don’t own the brands we are not liable for any reactions that may develop and cannot offer a replacement or return. For peace of mind we do offer product sampling for most products so that you can try it before commiting to the full size.
No, nada, nein, absolutely not!
The process to have sunscreens in our range is quite complex (did we mention expensive?). The standards in Australia for sunscreens is one of the highest which means that there are a few hurdles we must tackle before onboarding sunscreens. Rest assured, we're taking baby steps each day to be able to stock sunscreens. Make sure you’re following us on our social platforms and sign up to our emails to know when we’re finally stocking sunscreens. LET’S DO IT TOGETHER!
