Once your order has been dispatched, an email with your tracking information will be sent out. You can simply track your order through your account or click here. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to be activated.

Can I change my shipping address or items in my order?
Here at Splendr we want you to be happy with your order and have it delivered at the desired location. Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please get in touch with us at as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the order. If you require your order to be redirected after the package has been dispatched, please contact Australia Post here.

How are my orders packaged?
All orders are handled delicately and packaged with gratefulness and recyclable eco-friendly materials. Goodbye bubble wrap and single use plastic!

Do you ship internationally?
As much as we want our #splendrbeautylover community to reach each and every one of you, we unfortunately do not ship internationally at this stage. When the opportunity arises, we will be sure to announce on all our social media platforms so make sure you follow us to keep up to date!

What if my product is damaged upon arrival?
In the rare instance where you have received a damaged item(s), you are eligible for a replacement or a store credit (if the product is no longer available) - please refer to our Returns Page for more information and eligibility.

Is shipping as per normal during promotions and sales?
We will always aim to process your order as soon as possible, however, during promotional periods this may be delayed due to increased volumes. Once your order is ready and scanned by the freight carrier, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way.

Other delivery terms
Splendr is not responsible for delays caused by our carriers who may be impacted by adverse weather conditions or service interruptions. Unfortunately, if the incorrect address has been entered and the package has reached that location, Splendr will not take any responsibility or actions to have the order redirected.

Therefore, please double (or even triple) check that the address is entered correctly and if it needs to change please email as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate as best we can.
